Rise & Conquer CrossFit x Lions Basketball Academy
A 4-week holiday program that gives young basketball athletes the tools to get stronger, faster and more confident on the court. With coaching in strength and conditioning, nutrition and mindset, players learn how to perform at their best, recover well and stay injury-free so they can keep improving and enjoying the game they love.

WHAT: A 4-week Program for young basketball players, incorporating strength & conditioning, performance nutrition, recovery strategies and mindset training.

WHEN: January 5 – January 31 (Every Wednesday & Saturday - Time slots listed below)

WHERE: Rise & Conquer CrossFit Facility (2/15 Carnegie Place, Blacktown 2148)

WHO: Suitable for basketball athletes aged 12–17, all experience levels welcome

TIMETABLE BY AGE GROUP:

12-14 YEARS OLD:
Monday: 4PM - 5:30PM (LBA Basketball Specific Session)
Wednesday: 12PM - 1:30PM (R&C Session)
Saturday: 10AM - 11:30AM (R&C Session)

15-17 YEARS OLD:
Monday: 5:30PM - 7PM (LBA Basketball Specific Session)
Wednesday: 1:30PM - 3PM (R&C Session)
Saturday: 11:30AM -1PM (R&C Session)

***Please note: A detailed schedule will be provided closer to the start date. Some workshop sessions will combine both age groups. The times listed are intended as general guidance for start and finish times, with slight flexibility during combined sessions.

  • Fueling & Refueling Nutrition Workshops led by Lady Seeto from Nutrition2147 (parents encouraged to attend)

  • How to Elevate Your Game to the Next Level led by Coach Duom from LBA

  • Baseline & Final Testing to track real, measurable improvement
